A Nurture School

As a nuture school, Ballymena Primary School has allocated spaces for pupils to talk to members of staff and use a variety of resources to communicate.  Trained members of staff work with pupils on a 1 - 1 or small group bases to ensure that puils are safe, can regulate their emotions and find a safe form of expression.  In classrooms, spaces have been set up for pupils to use during classtime if required.
