P6 Parent Information Afternoon

For Transfer to Post-Primary Education

It is that time again in your child’s education when we begin to think of leaving primary school and preparing for the next chapter in education.

To that end, you are invited to an information presentation for the transfer from primary to post-primary education which will apply to your child next year. This will include information about the procedure for enrolling children for the AQE assessment.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday 5th March at 2.15pm in the mobile classroom, (where the Book Fair usually takes place). This will allow you to collect your child at 3pm after the meeting ends.

We would encourage you to attend this meeting as it will inform you of all transfer procedures, for both grammar and non-grammar schools.

Regards,

E. Ritchie
