Throughout the year all pupils are continually assessed by the class teacher. Through this assessment any difficulties a pupil is experiencing will be identified. The school has three learning support teachers that work with pupils outside of the classroom alongside set classroom assistants within the classes. Children receive this support in 1-1 or small group settings in well-equipped classrooms complete with Interactive Whiteboards, laptops and iPads. Parents are regularly consulted and updated on their child’s progress. Parents may obtain a copy of the school’s Special Needs Policy upon request.
